UKRAINE, East – Obama is reported to be considering sending more lethal weapons to Kiev, as the conflict continues in the East. Nineteen Ukrainian soldiers have been killed in the last twenty four hours mainly during the ongoing battle for Debaltseve which the rebels say they have encircled.

UKRAINE, East – Germany announced the summit in Minsk after an ‘extensive’ phone call between all four leaders today. Germany said the leaders had agreed to a package of measures that would bring a ‘comprehensive end’ to the Ukraine conflict.
