EDINBURGH Nicola Sturgeon will seek permission from the Scottish parliament next week to hold a second referendum. It will be held late 2018 or early 2019. Scotland voted to stay in the EU during the UK’sEuropean Referendum.
Appeal now expected at Supreme Court. The High Court ruling means the government of Theresa May can’t invoke article 50 on it’s own, that would trigger negotiations for formal talks for a UK exit from the EU.
