Yesterday's Hartlepool turnout was 30,000. In 2019 and 2017 it was 41,000. Labour votes are also reduced from 15K to 8K. Basically, Labour lost because its core supporters refused to come out and vote for a party that are Tories with red rosettes.

There’s no mandate for the Labour leadership to move further to Blairism & the right.
