LONDON – THE FORMER Deputy PM urged Blair to ‘calm down’ after he had criticised the left and advised those whose heart was with Jeremy Corbin to have a ‘heart transplant.’ Prescott said Blair’s comments were ‘unacceptable’ in an interview with the BBC’S TODAY PROGRAMME.

MILITARY trainers will assist Iraqi forces in the battle to retake Ramadi. There are currently 3,000 US troops and advisers in Iraq. UK is to send 125 advisers to boost its numbers to 275.
