EU PRESIDENT says talks were at a ‘critical stage’ as the EU considers whether to accept reforms put forward by the UK. After speaking to Romanian and French Presidents he said talks about  UK’s future within the 28-member bloc were difficult but hugely significant. UK is to hold a referendum on it’s future in the EU in June.
