NAGORNO- KARABAKH – CHRISTIAN Armenia claims the mainly Christian enclave of Nagorno-Karabakh which is part of Muslim Azerbaijan. There have been violations of a ceasefire signed in 1994 with the worst outbreak recently. Talks to take place in Vienna.

Thousands attended the funeral of Mustafa Amine Badreddine who was killed yesterday. Hezbollah are backing the regime of President Bashar Al Assad in the Syrian conflict who ‘Tafiris’ say is a non Muslim.The jihadists are backed by the West.

HEZBOLLAH say Mustafa Badreddine was killed by an Israeli airstrike. He is the brother in law and cousin of Imad Mughniyeh who the Washington Post reported had been killed by a CIA -Mossad operation in 2008. Hezbollah is backing Assad in the Syrian conflict and the Houti militias in Yemen.

NATO denies the shield is a threat to Moscow – saying it is a deterrent to all all threats including those from the Middle East. Relations between Russia and Europe deteriorated after the Ukraine Conflict where Russia seized Crimea and Russian backed separatists seized parts of eastern Ukraine.

DACCA – Motiur Rahman Nizami was executed early today after the failure of his second appeal. He is fourth and most senior member of Jamaat e Islami to be executed by Bangladesh for ‘war crimes’ – the validity of which has been questioned by outside observers.
