WESTMINSTER, London – John Prescott’s return to front line politics will see him as David Miliband’s personal adviser whose special responsibility will be climate change. His remit will be to ‘bash heads together’ in the run up to the May election. A Guardian ICM poll gave the Conservatives a narrow lead.
