SCHAFFHAUSEN – Five people injured after being attacked with a chainsaw. A manhunt is underway for Franz Wrousis, 51, a homeless man described by police as dangerous.
UPDATE Franz Wrousis has been arrested in Thalwil – 37 miles from Schaffhausen after the biggest manhunt in Swiss history.
