CONSTITUTIONAL COURT has denied Oscar Pistorius the right to appeal against his murder conviction for the fatal shooting of Reeva Steenkamp on February 14 2013. He will be sentenced in April and could face 15 years in jail.  An appeal court overturned his manslaughter conviction to one of murder in December.

BRADFORD – ADAM JOHNSON was found guilty of one charge of sexual activity with a child. The England footballer, 28, was cleared at Bradford Crown Court of a second. He was allowed to play for Sunderland until he admitted to charges relating to grooming and fondling a 15-year-old girl.
