BRAZIL – Dani Dayan a head of the settlement movement in West Bank and a west Bank settler had been appointed by Tel Aviv as it’s ambassador to Brazil. But Brazil has still to make a decision as to whether it will accept him. Settlements in the occupied territories are illegal under international law. Israel says a refusal will damage relations between the two.
