REPORT – Rebel leader Alesandr Zakcharchenko who heads the self proclaimed people’s republic of Donetsk told the BBC Kiev was preparing for war and wasn’t interested in implementing the Minsk Peace deal brokered by the West. He said Kiev would provoke war soon by an attack on Donetsk or on any town in Donetsk. Recent fighting has occurred in Donetsk and Shryokyne. Under the Minsk agreement, rebel held areas must remain under Ukraine.
