HAIFA  – Israel has made twelve  arrests in connection with the fires that have burned for four days. PM Benjamin Netanyahu said if the fires were started deliberately they would be treated as an act of terrorism. Education minister Naftali Bennett tweeted: ‘Only those to whom the country doesn’t belong are capable of burning it.’
