LARNACA –  Man gives himself up after he held the EgyptAir MS181 flight hostage.  Cyprus President says this is not a terrorist incident. Cyprus media reporting his ex wife is Cypriot. He is reported to have written a letter.The plane was diverted to Larnaca after leaving Alexandria en route to Cairo
