PAKISTAN – The gunmen freed fifty passengers before escaping into the mountains still holding a number of others.Balochistan has seen some attacks by rebels who have very little support within the province and the rest of Pakistan. The last attack was on workers who were helping to construct a dam. Like the Pakistan Taliban who attempted a suicide attack near the Gaddafi stadium in Lahore where Pakistan was playing a cricket match against  Zimbabwe they are regarded as murderers and ‘agents of outside powers.’
