GAZA CITY – Tawfiq Abu Riala, 32, was named by the Gaza health ministry as the fisherman killed by Israeli naval fire. Gaza remains blockaded by Israel’s navy. West Bank and East Jerusalem are still under an Israeli occupation that is illegal under international law.
