WESTMINSTER – Tories remove party whip from Sir Malcolm Rifkind. Jack Straw also named in a newspaper sting has been suspended from the Labour Party. Both former Foreign Secretaries were filmed apparently offering their services to a private Chinese company in exchange for cash. In one film clip Straw says he charges £5,000 a day. Both men deny the allegations.
