IS have ‘suffered heavy casualties’

UN, NEW YORK – Ban Ki Moon said IS who control a third of Syria had suffered heavy casualties but that al Nusra front were finding fresh recruits. In his monthly report to the UN, he said there had been 21 suicide operations in Dera, Aleppo and Hama in December.
